Is a Stripe account required?

Yes. A Stripe account is required to use Simple Goods.

How & when do I get paid?

Stripe payments are deposited directly into your bank account, often in as little as 2 days.

Is Stripe available in my country?

You can check to see if Stripe is available in your country here.

Does Simple Goods host my files?

Yes. We host your files to ensure seamless and secure delivery after each sale.

Is file storage or bandwidth extra?

It's included in every plan and nearly unlimited. Simple.

Can I 'sell' free products?

Sure. Many customers give away free digital goods to build their email lists. Give it a try!

How much can I charge?

The default maximum price is $5,000 USD per item. If you'd like sell more expensive items contact us and we'll incease your limit.

What will customers see on their credit card statement?

Whatever you'd like. You can set a custom credit card statement descriptor in your Stripe account settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-in. You can even upgrade or downgrade as you'd like.
