Things have been pretty quiet from us lately. Behind the scenes however we've been working really hard to improve Simple Goods for our sellers and their buyers.

Today we're really excited to share with you some of the upcoming improvements as well as our new pricing. With this upcoming release you'll see speed improvements, a simplified user experience, a fresh new look and even a few new features.

Improvements You're Going To Love

New Real-time dashboard with custom date ranges and more

We've completely overhauled the dashboard. You can now view sales for preset time ranges such as this week and this month or you can drill down to a specific date range - all instantly. The new dashboard is incredibly fast and gives you access to all your sales data in real-time. While the new dashboard is simple and focused, we'll continue to add new metrics that directly help you improve sales and grow your digital business.

New An easier way to manage your orders

Your current and past orders now have a new home. You can easily filter and search through all of your past sales, process refunds and even re-send receipt emails (complete with download links). If you're on our Grow plan you can also export all your historical sales data for bookkeping, year end taxes or for importing into other systems.

New Update your products & notify past buyers automatically

We've now made it simple to deliver updates for your digital products to past buyers. After you've updated your product files, just check the box next to the 'Update Product' button that says 'Send Update To Previous Buyers' and we'll take care of the rest. We send out a simple email letting your past buyers know an update is available and even provide them with a fresh download link.

New Instant payment notifications

It's now easier than ever to integrate Simple Goods with hundreds of other services including your own custom integrations. You can even use Zapier to create more complex workflows. Check out the docs for more info.

New Doc section complete with guides and more

We know sometimes you just need a bit more info or help. That's why we've added a new docs section to help you master Simple Goods and level up your business. Included are popular guides for integrating Simple Goods with things like WordPress and Tumblr.

New Pricing Is Coming March 5th

Today we're also announcing our upcoming pricing. Starting March 5th we'll be moving to a fixed monthly fee. Sellers will still be responsible for standard credit card processing fees (2.9% +30c / sale), but this means we'll no longer be taking a portion of your hard earned sales. Sell as much as you'd like with fixed, predictable fees.

In support of our new pricing we've created two plans that we think will serve new sellers as well as those already selling and looking to grow their digital empire. All existing sellers will have 30 days to choose a paid plan that works for them if they would like to continue to use Simple Goods.
